Development Pillar
Movement Development is being rebuilt for player growth, skill training, and youth programming. New details are on the way.
Skill-building. Training. Growth.
Movement's development pillar builds athletes at every level — from 5-year-olds picking up their first ball to competitive players sharpening the details. All ages. All levels. One standard.
Every Movement Athletics program is built on four fundamentals. Skills on the floor matter — but so does what you take with you when the whistle blows. We develop complete athletes.
Technical skills built the right way. Shooting form, ball handling, footwork, defensive posture — the foundation everything else rests on.
Decision-making, reading the game, spacing, off-ball movement. Training athletes to see the game before it happens.
Strength, speed, conditioning, and mobility — the physical foundation to compete at every level.
Teamwork, respect, responsibility. The life skills sport teaches when it's taught right — the Movement way.
Five programs. Every age, every level. From first dribbles to refining pro-level details — there's a Movement track built for you.
